I’d Be A Hexagon

I don’t like rules, lines, or boxes. I’d be a hexagon. I’m a liberal-minded Christian, diet coke drinking, farm-girl, who likes tofu and steak…possibly at the same meal.

I moved from Oregon, where I grew up, to Australia in July 2006..and I haven’t looked back. I was a teacher, now I’m a nurse. Maybe I’ll become a Doctor…who knows?

This blog is about my journey in my faith, being who I am, humbled by the grace I’ve been shown. My life, our lives, are a constant shedding and transformation..and I’m happy to share that with you. Sometimes I even throw a recipe in there, or a picture of my crazy cats, or of my shocking myself on light switches.

Watch this: I’m bringing the breath of life to you and you’ll come to life. I’ll attach sinews to you, put meat on your bones, cover you with skin and breathe life into you. Ezekiel 37:4-5

  1. Just found your blog! I like how you just go to the beat of your own drum. It’s true, we don’t have to fit into the box of what we think others would like. Just be us:)

  2. I love your blog. I’m a Canadian and would LOVE to go to Australia. But finances make it not within realism…plus I’m over 31 and not sure how that age thing works…want a roomie? Know how to travel …for free? 🙂
Seriously…I feel like my mind and life are sucked out of me here and I need sun, life, experience…so..frazzled!
